A renovated coastal guesthouse in Shenzhen Dapeng turned into a southern-French healing retreat, using low-saturation warmth, timber, rattan, rough pottery, linen, sea views, pool scenes and family-friendly rooms to renew an aging property.
The redesign uses landscape healing to lift the value of an existing seaside property.
Sea-view lobby, pool, parent-child play scenes and terraces give the retreat several clear social and wellness moments.
Natural textures and warm tones keep the project relaxed while supporting stronger visitor photography and operation.
