A 270 sqm community-renewal project where +- thinktank reworks an idle four-storey village house into a cultural outpost for exhibitions, salons and neighbourhood connection.
A wing-like rooftop beacon turns the small building into a visible neighbourhood landmark after dark.
The red facade extends into the lane, forming a flexible public edge between street and building.
Original brick, concrete and new white display walls keep the old and new layers readable inside.
