In a compact 180 sqm Dongguan showroom, an eight-metre cantilevered spiral stair becomes both brand symbol and proof of fabrication ability.
Design Concept
The design starts from the question of what offline showrooms can still offer in an AI and virtual-media age. Yixi Design combines the brand's letter C with the eastern idea of image, making the stair, curve and display sequence carry both identity and craft.
Spatial Experience
The suspended stair sits at the centre of the visit, turning movement into a demonstration of technique. Around it, product display is absorbed into a warmer spatial route, so the showroom feels less like shelving and more like a focused encounter with making.
Materials / Lighting / Display Strategy
A purple-clay colour palette, dark metal and controlled light soften the technical subject matter. The material and lighting strategy makes fabrication feel tactile, while the stair gives the project a clear visual memory.
DesignFan Editorial Note
The showroom succeeds because its most important display is not a product sample but a spatial act. Craft, brand and circulation are compressed into one memorable gesture.
